  • How Do I Register For A Class?
    To ensure your seat in class, contact us at 512-346-8110 and speak with one of our Account Managers, or submit an online Registration Request and we will contact you to finalize your registration.
  • Can I Audit A Class For Free?
    We encourage you to come and experience the P.D.C. difference by auditing any of our publicly scheduled classes FREE of charge on a space-available basis.
    To qualify, please contact your Account Manager.
  • Where Do I Attend Classes?
    We are located in Northwest Austin just south of the Arboretum in the Echelon Business Complex. For driving directions, click here.
  • What Are The Class Hours?
    Our day classes begin promptly at 8:30 AM and end around 4:30 PM.  Lunch is scheduled at 11:30 a.m.
  • Will I Have To Pay For Parking?
    No, Parking is FREE
  • What Are Your Methods of Payment?
    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted. No debit cards please. Mail payments to Extellent Professional Development Centers, Attn: Accounts Receivable, 9420 Research Blvd, Echelon III, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78759. Returned checks are charged a $25 fee.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    On occasion, you may find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your class. Please notify Extellent Professional Development Centers at least 10 business days prior to the start day of the class to avoid penalty.

    Fees are fully refunded up to ten (10) business days prior to the class. Cancellations/ rescheduling/ No-Shows received less than ten (10) business days before the class begins will be charged in full. However, you will have one-year to retake the course.

    Your signature on the enrollment agreement confirms that you have read and understand this cancellation policy. Extellent Professional Development Centers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. Cancellation fees will not be credited to rescheduled dates or future classes.
  • What Should I Bring To Class?
    Extellent Professional Development Centers provides each student with Courseware, a writing Pen w/highlighter, and note taking material.
  • Can I Receive College Credits For Completing A Course?
    There are a few options Extellent can offer in order for students to receive college credits for their training. Contact your Account Manager.
  • Do You Offer End-User or Desktop Training?
    Yes. We provide private classroom training on almost any desktop application for corporate clients and groups. Classes can be held either at our location, or onsite at your facility. Call 512-346-8110 and ask our Account Managers about available courses. Or, email us at info@extellent.com.
  • Can You Deliver Training Onsite At My Location?
    Yes. Extellent Professional Development Centers can conduct instructor-led classes for private groups at any corporate location.
  • Can You Offer Training Outside of Austin Area?
    Yes. We provide training for corporate clients through our very own nationwide consortium of Microsoft Partner-level Certified Technical Education Centers, American IT.  We also travel with our own portable classroom.
  • How Do I Retake A Class (Refresher)?
    Yes. Students are entitled to audit a class as many times as they would like with no time restriction, assuming the courseware has not changed and there is an available seat. Paying students take priority, however, so auditing students must call our office at 512-346-8110 prior to the class start date.
  • Will Bad Weather Cancel My Class?
    If classes are cancelled due to severe weather conditions, we will notify each student individually. You can assume that if you don't hear from us your class is still scheduled. You may also contact our weather hotline number (512) 346-8110.
  • How Do I Connect To The Online Training Assessments Tools?
    We encourage every student to take full advantage of the FREE Microsoft Training Assessment Tools available online @ http://www.microsoft.com/learning/assessment. We also offer assessments for J2EE, Project Management and Organizational Development courses. Contact your account manager for more information.
  • How Do I Redeem Software Assurance Training Vouchers?
    Microsoft Software Assurance Vouchers otherwise known as SA Vouchers are redeemable for FREE training days. As companies benefits will vary by agreement, please contact us at 512-346-8110 or send us an email at info@extellent.com.

  • What is your privacy policy?
    Extellent Professional Development Centers respects the privacy of all students and corporate clients. We will never sell or rent your contact information. More information on the Privacy Policy for students can be found by clicking here.
  • Do you offer loans?
    Educational loans are available from several non-affiliated organizations. Students applying for loans still need to pay a 25% tuition deposit to reserve a seat in a PDC class. The remaining balance is payable by the completion of each class. Students unable to obtain a loan by the end of each class are required to pay tuition in full for classes taken. Students are encouraged to expedite applying for loans. Unpaid tuition and fees are deductible from the loan proceeds prior to issuing a refund.

  • Are your classes eligible for GI/VA Benefits?
    Most classes are eligible for GI Montogmery Bill benefits.  Call an account manager for more details.  512-346-8110
