Alan Wake 2 hides lots of extras in its spooky story. You can find secret cult spots and nursery rhymes in its big world. You don’t need these to finish Alan and Saga’s story, but they give you extra gear, upgrades, and goodies. They also make the story richer.
In the game, you can find deer heads on walls in different places. If you find all of them, you get a special scene and lots of supplies. This guide will show you where all 12 deer heads are in Alan Wake 2 and how to get the prizes they hold.

Finding All Deer Heads in Alan Wake 2
In Alan Wake 2, besides meeting Mayor Setter, you can look for deer heads during your travels in Bright Falls. If you pay attention in Saga Anderson's headspace, you'll see you can talk to a deer head, and it will tell you how many more you need to find. There are 12 deer heads inside places like homes and trailers in the game's three main areas.

Getting Your Deer Head Prizes
Once you've found all the deer heads, go back and talk to the head in Saga’s mind. It’ll tell you to find its “twin in the real world.” Smart players will figure out they should go to Bright Falls Elderwood Palace Lodge, to the room that's just like Saga's headspace, and interact with the deer head there. This head counts as the last of the group.

Then, a real deer will show up and jump down the guest room hallway, disappearing into the last room on the right, which was locked before. Now that it's open, you can take a lot of bullets and health items inside.
