Ballistic
Ballistic received significant updates to his ult at the beginning of Season 20 and is now receiving even more buffs. These upgrades aim to make him more versatile and improve his performance with his Tactical ability. - Ammuvision: removed
- Lasting Bullet: moved to Level 2
- NEW Speedy Whistler: successful hits with Tactical give a 2s burst of speed (Level 3)
Bangalore
The main focus of the new changes is Bangalore's smoke due to its dominance. To encourage players to use the smoke more strategically instead of relying solely on its duration, it will now last for a shorter period of time. Additionally, Cover Me was providing Bangalore with too much of an advantage, so adjusting it will help bring about more balance between her and other Legends.
- Rolling Thunder: Cooldown increased to 4.5 min (was 4)
Smoke Launcher
- Cooldown increased to 35s (was 33)
- No longer deals damage
- Smoke duration decreased to 11s (was 18)
