Azur Lane headquarters will process the maintenance on January 18th at midnight (UTC-7), lasting approximately 8 hours. Throughout the maintenance window, Azur Lane servers will be inaccessible. This update is available for all Android and iOS servers. Here is the complete list for the upcoming Azur Lane patch notes update on January 18th:

War Archives Additions

Two new levels - Dreamwaker's Butterfly and Mirror Involution - will become playable in the War Archives game mode. War Archives allows players to replay event levels with special rules and challenges.

Construction Pool Changes

The update permanently adds powerful Ultra Rare (UR) ships Shinano and New Jersey to the standard construction pools. All UR ships now split a cumulative 1.2% construction chance. Rates for other rarities have shifted slightly in both Heavy and Special pools:

• Ultra Rare - 1.2%
• Super Rare - 7%
• Elite - 12%
• Rare - 51%
• Normal - 28.8%

A number of ships are being added to permanent construction pools. This is the list:

• Light: Boise and Suzutsuki
• Heavy: Kii and San Francisco
• Special: Ticonderoga, Archerfish, Kashino, Chitose, and Chiyoda

Furthermore, several ships have been removed from their respective standard construction pools, such as:

• Light: Dido, Hanazuki, Naganami, Kimberly, Mullany, Gloucester, Biloxi, and Halsey Powell
• Heavy: Amagi, Kaga (BB), Tosa, Bismarck, King George V, and Ashigara
• Special: U-96, U-556, and U-73

Rerun Skins

From January 18th, 2024 to January 29th, 2024, popular limited-time skins will rerun for New Jersey and Shinano. Moreover, now available permanently are skins for Surcouf, Kashino, Hermione, Swiftsure, Reno, Icarus, Suzutsuki, Amagi, Chitose, Chiyoda, Nicholas, Ticonderoga, Archerfish, Boise, Morrison, San Francisco, Kinu, Acasta, I-19, Allen M. Sumner, and Stephen Potter.

Gear Lab Additions

The update features multiple Gear Lab expansions focusing on improving equipment options for Royal Navy, Iron Blood, Sakura Empire, and Iris Orthodoxy factions. Anti-air guns, torpedo bombers, battleship main guns, fighters, surface torpedoes, and more will become available.

Players are reminded to collect limited ships, equipment, and rewards before maintenance begins.

Azur Lane Patch Notes Update Maintenance Compensation

To make up for the long downtime, all players will receive 2500 Coins and 3000 Oils as compensation, so long as their account was created before January 18th, 2024.
