With the upcoming release of Season 3 of Black Clover Mobile we will be getting three new seasonal characters to play with. Naturally gamers will want to know what each character does before they decide to spend their hard earned currency on them.

Clover Academy Jack Overview

Clover Academy Jack, or S3 Jack is going to be the newest Sense Attacker. He is a single target specialist that focuses and performs numerous attacks by using his [Miscalculation] buff. 

He is an interesting addition to the Black Clover M roster, so let’s look at what he has to offer!

SKILL 1

Three-Point Slash

• Delivers swift slices on an enemy, dealing damage.
  • Inflicts [Bleed] on an enemy, dealing continuous damage for 2 turns.
  • When the enemy is afflicted with [Bleed] has a 50% chance to [Stun] him.

SKILL 2

I'll Slice You Up!

• Slices up an enemy, dealing damage.
  • Applies 1 stack of [Miscalculation] to self.
  • Applies [Increased PEN Lv. 2] to self for 2 turn(s).
  • Applies [Increased ACC Lv. 2] to self for 2 turn(s).

SKILL 3

Golden Ratio of Severance

• Throws a giant protractor triangle at an enemy, dealing damage.
  • Perform an [Additional Attack] per stack of [Miscalculated], dealing additional damage equal to 80% of ATK and M. ATK to a random enemy.
  • Inflict [Stun] for 1 turn on the designated target.

SKILL 4

 

Combined Attack

• Performs a combined attack with your partner, dealing damage to an enemy.
  • [Dispel Barrier] from the target before attacking.
  • Perform an [Additional Attack], dealing additional damage equal to 30% of ATK and M. ATK to a random enemy.

• Has a 35/100% chance to grant self 20% [Increased Damage] before attacking.

Clover Academy Jack Release Date

Clover Academy Jack will release with Season 3 of Black Clover Mobile after the maintenance on January 18th, 2024 this Thursday.

After the release of Season 3 players will have close to a month to get Jack or any of the other 2 Season 3 characters, and if you want you can always spend one of your season keys to get Jack for free!

Should you Pull for Clover Academy Jack

All in all S3 Jack isn’t one of the stronger characters in the game. As the game meta is right now, it is filled with a number of other great attackers, and there isn’t a better single-target DPS than Julius. And even if you don’t have Julius there are still a ton of better choices than Jack. 

As the game is right now it is somewhat hard to recommend pulling for Jack as there are definitely better characters out right now. However, this only concerns the meta.

You can easily clear the game with any character you like as long as you build them right, so if you like Clover Academy Jack do not let us stop you from pulling for him!
