Doomsayers can be found in random locations in each of the different Helltide regions and they can sometimes be part of a Tree of Whispers objective. Finding these Doomsayers can be a little tricky, as they are kneeling on the ground surrounded by a small circle of blood, which can blend in with a lot of the other gore and enemies in the zone.

When you interact with a Doomsayer, a few different things can happen. They can turn into an Elite, a Treasure Goblin, or they can just straight up die and reward you with a few Cinders. Once you defeat whatever manner of creature spawns from the Doomsayer, the event will be complete, and you can move on and search for the next one.

Being able to find these Doomsayers will not only help you complete the Tree of Whispers event, awarding you with a Grim Favor, but you will also be able to finish your 'Mad Prophecies' objective in the new Season Journey. If you are strictly looking to complete these tasks, we suggest exploring around the Helltide on your horse until you find them. Due to their randomness, it's also recommended to look for them whenever a 'Confront Doomsayers' event is up, as this will ensure that they are going to spawn within the zone.
