Enshrouded: Eternal Spell Locations and How to Get

Whether you're playing an all-out Wizard build, or something like a Warrior or Rogue in Enshrouded, spells are probably a massive part of your skill set. And seeing as though no one wants to constantly be worrying about their spell ammo, unlocking Eternal Spells is a big deal no matter your play style.

This guide covers all you need to know to unlock every Eternal Spell in Enshrouded.

What Are Eternal Spells in Enshrouded?

While regular casts of a spell cost ammo called 'Spell Charges,' an Eternal Spell can be cast and re-cast to your heart's content, with the only limit being your character's mana pool. If that sounds awesome, it's because it is.

However, there's a catch. Eternal Spells in Enshrouded can be cast without an ammo cost, but they will never be as powerful as a regular spell cast that consumes a charge. Think of Eternal Spells as bargain magic, super cheap at the cost of reduced potency.

The 'Eternal Spell' Quest in Enshrouded

You'll get your first Eternal Spell via a quest from the Alchemist NPC titled, 'An Eternal Spell.' This creatively titled quest will task you with digging an entrance into the 'Buried Tomb' to retrieve your first Eternal Spell from a sarcophagus.

To find the Buried Tomb, travel first to the Low Meadows Ancient Spire. You can then glide from the top of this spire northwest into the Shroud, as pictured in the image below.

Make sure to bring the following provisions to the Buried Tomb:

• 2x Pickaxes (to dig out the tomb's entrance)
• 1x Torch
• 1+ Shroud Survival Flask

Within the Buried Tomb, stay alert for secret doors hidden in the walls. You'll also come up against a handful of undead enemies and spike traps, so keep your eyes peeled. You will eventually arrive at the sarcophagus in a chamber lit by a ghostly light. Eternal Ice Bolt is waiting for you within.

How to Get All Eternal Spells in Enshrouded

Upon returning to the Alchemist with Eternal Ice Bolt, you'll unlock the option to craft an array of Eternal Spells at this NPC. Simply interact with the Alchemist and navigate to the 'Ammo' menu for a complete list of available Eternal Spells as well as the materials you must collect in order to craft them.

Finding Eternal Spells in Enshrouded

The Alchemist, however, is not the only way to acquire new Eternal Spells. Some can be discovered out in the world, such as the Eternal Fireball spell, which was reportedly discovered deep within the volcanic mountain, Inner Sanctum.
