FFXIV's newest expansion, Dawntrail, is set to arriving in summer 2024, and it's bringing with it a plethora of graphical updates. Graphics upgrades mean major changes to the system requirements necessary for PC users to ruin the game smoothly. Thus, here are the updated recommended system requirements and minimum system requirements for Final Fantasy XIV as of the Dawntrail launch.

The new graphics updates mostly surround character models, with sweeping tweaks to skin texture, eye quality, and hair graphics for more textured hairstyles.

Darker skin in particular, as seen below, totes highly upgraded reflections on the lips and skin.
