Fortnite Hotfix: Vaulted & Unvaulted Weapons - June 18th

Fortnite has released a surprise hotfix that brings a few significant changes to the weapons in the game. Some are getting vaulted, while others are being unvaulted.  Here’s everything you need to know about these updates.

Unvaulted: Combat Assault Rifle

The Combat Assault Rifle is back in the game! Known for its high fire rate and strong recoil, this weapon is a favorite among players who enjoy aggressive playstyles. It can be found in various locations, making it accessible in almost any situation:

• Floor Loot: Scattered around the map, ready to be picked up.
• Chests: Hidden inside chests waiting to be discovered.
• Supply Drops: Dropped from the sky in random locations.
• Supply Drones: Hovering around certain points of interest.
• Display Cases: Found in specific locations, often guarded.
• Fishing: Yes, you can fish it out of the water!
• Guards: Sometimes dropped by eliminated guards.
• Nitrodrome: Located in this specific area of the map.

With this weapon's return, Fortnite players will need to adjust their strategies to the high rate of fire and manage its recoil effectively. The Combat Assault Rifle can be a game-changer in close to mid-range battles. Will you be using it?

Vaulted: Warforged Assault Rifle

In a surprising move, the Warforged Assault Rifle has been vaulted. This weapon, known for its high damage output and futuristic design, will no longer be available in the game. Players who favor this rifle will need to adapt to the other options available. This is quite an unfortunate change for Fortnite players. However, it is possible that the Warforget Assault Rifle will become available later on.

• Floor Loot: 0.2 -> 0.15 
• Chests: 0.25 -> 0.2
• Supply drops: 0.3 -> 0.25
• Supply Drones: - 0.3 -> 0.25 

Impact on Gameplay

These changes will supposedly impact the Fortnite gameplay significantly. The reintroduction of the Combat Assault Rifle brings back a beloved weapon that offers a different fighting. Unfortunately, the removal of the Warforged Assault Rifle is bad news and Fortnite fans aren't happy about it.
