Granblue Fantasy Relink: Currently Known Issues

Granblue Fantasy: Relink just issued a news announcement on February 22nd, 2024 showing all of the currently known issues with the game and things that players should keep in mind when playing.

In this article we’ll list all of these issues so that you know what to look out for!

Currently Known Issues

The developers for Granblue Fantasy: Relink have been working tirelessly to fix all of the bugs that the game originally launched with and that became apparent during their v1.04 and v1.05 updates. 

However, despite this there are some new issues that have appeared that are impacting players’ experience.

These new issues mainly impact the trophy system and the chapter select function that unlock after you complete the story.

Trophy Issues

• Obtaining loot from destroying parts or rewards after clearing certain quests may cause the Reminiscence trophy/achievement to become no longer obtainable in the way it was intended.
  • The False Sword of the Apocalypse, which is paid content, doesn't count toward unlocking Reminiscence. However, if you do meet the trophy requirements, there have been instances of the trophy unlocking upon obtaining the False Sword of the Apocalypse.
  • Please note that making purchases to acquire this trophy is neither intended nor required.
  • We're working on an update that will award the missing trophy/achievement to players who have already fulfilled its requirements.

Chapter Select Issue

• Before completing Chapter Ø for the first time, if a player uses chapter select to clear the chapter that comes right before Chapter Ø, and then tries to continue playing through Chapter Ø, this may cause normal progression to break.
  • We're working on an update to restore normal gameplay to players affected by this issue.

The developers behind Granblue Fantasy: Relink are working hard on bringing us a great experience and we can be certain that these issues will be resolved promptly, with the players affected by them receiving the needed compensation. 

For those of you who have not been affected by these issues, what you can do is try to avoid the current features so that you do not negatively impact your accounts before they get fixed.
