What is Damascus Ingot

Damascus Ingot is one of the items in Granblue Fantasy: Relink that can be used at the Blacksmith to instantly uncap your weapons without you needing to spend any of the resources.

This item helps you save a ton of time farming in the endgame, as the higher you uncap your weapons, the more resources they require.

As such, being able to instantly uncap your weapon’s final star for basically free and raise it to Level 150 is a great feature.

How to Use Damascus Ingot

Weapons in Granblue Fantasy: Relink need to be uncapped at certain Levels in order to increase their Level Cap and make them stronger.

This can be done at the Blacksmith and requires a lot of resources, and the higher you uncap your weapons the more resources you will need.

This is where the Damascus Ingot comes into play. The Damascus Ingot allows you to instantly uncap your weapons without needing to use or farm any of the resources.

This saves a lot of time farming and will immediately give you a huge boost in your damage.

However, Damascus Ingots are very hard to get so if you have found one or two, we advise that you save them for the final stars of your weapons, as those stars usually require the most resources and take the longest time to farm.

How to Get Damascus Ingot

Damascus Ingots are very rare and cannot be farmed using any traditional means. There are several ways you can obtain them.

One is through exchanging Gold Dalia Badges for them at Siero’s Knickknack Shack.

Dalia Badges can be obtained by playing Quick Quests with people online and using Gold Badge Tickets.

After you have gathered 20 Gold Dalia Badges you can head on over to Siero’s Knickknack Shack in one of the main hub towns and get yourself a Damascus Ingot.

Another way to get a Damascus Ingot is by completing the [Slime After Slime] side quest in Seedhollow that can be gotten from the Passionate Researcher.

This Side Quest only appears after you have completed all of the other side quests that the Passionate Researcher can give you.

The [Slime After Slime] side quest has you killing a total of 100 Slimes, which can easily be done at the [Slimepede] Maniac Difficulty quest.

The only way that we know of that you can reliably farm Damascus Ingot is by killing a Rainbow Slime.

Rainbow Slimes are an enemy that has a really rare chance to spawn inside the [Slimepede] quest, and gives a ton of rewards.

So if you happen to be lucky and find a Rainbow Slime during your Slimepede farms make sure to definitely kill it as it will drop a total of 3 Damascus Ingots, greatly speeding up your progression.

Other ways to get Damascus Ingot is by opening chests that require a key, or by completing certain trophies, such as the [Celebrated] trophy that has you achieving S++ rating a total of 200 times for a single Damascus Ingot.
