Helldivers 2: Best Ways to Destroy Fabricators

If you are heading into a Blitz mission against the Automatons in Helldivers 2, you will have to deal with Fabricators to stop the bots from spawning. We cannot let the enemies of democracy continue to grow in power. Whether you want to get up close and personal to smell the burning steel or take out the factories from afar, we have ways that will help you win the battle. 

We all know some ways to destroy Fabricators in Helldivers 2. Any kind of explosive stratagems can wipe the factories out, but they cause a surge of commotion that draws nearby patrols and dropships. Sometimes there is a better way than blowing everything up and risking the lives of your squad. 

How to Destroy Fabricators in Helldivers 2

Getting close to the Fabricators in Helldivers 2 isn't an easy task. The Automatons are powerful opponents. If the structure is heavily guarded, it might be better to take it out from a distance.

Try using the Quasar Cannon and aim at the vents. One shot for the new support weapon will blow the building without trouble. Grenade Launchers and the Autocannon have the same effect, so it will depend on what weapons you prefer to carry.

Recently, fans discovered Eagle Smoke and Gas Airstrikes are a great way of taking out Fabricators. They have a faster cooldown and still destroy the Automatons' spawning factories.

• If you choose to use the Smoke Airstrike, not only do you succeed in slowing down the growth of the robotic infestation, you will have cover to get away and plan your next move. The added bonus is Smoke Airstrikes don't harm your squad.
• If you run Gas Strikes in Helldivers 2, don't let them go to waste. Not many players know that the Gas Strikes will destroy Fabricators as well as all bots around. The Automatons are slower than the bugs and usually stay in place to shoot, making them the perfect target for gas attacks. 

One tried and tested method of destroying Fabricators in Helldivers 2 is to sneak as close as you can to the factory. Take out any lookouts and wait for the doors to open. As soon as they do, throw a grenade inside.

• This works with impact, incendiary, and standard grenades.
• You can also throw grenades in the vents if you have good aim. 
• Using Smoke Grenades will not work.

The door is bigger than the vents so it is far easier to get a good shot. The Fabricators explode from the inside and you can mop up the last Automatons with ease. 

Of course, we can't deny raining down hell with the help of orbital stratagems is a fun way of blowing up Fabricators but it's not always the safest option in Helldivers 2. No matter what kind of arsenal you choose to run, there are always ways to cause an explosion in the name of liberty.
