Not only are there the new Thermal Grenade and Grenade Pistol secondaries that can allow for some more build variety, but there are also 3 primary weapon additions, each with their own unique sets of stats and uses. This is one of the highest damage weapons in the game, with each shot dealing 380 points of managed democracy. The R-36 Eruptor is a bolt-action rifle, and each shot will require you to do a small reloading animation before being able to fire again. It deals explosive damage, and it also has Medium Armor Penetration, which will allow you to deal with some of the more annoying enemies in the game, such as Hive Guards.

The weapon also provides you with three different zoom levels, including 50m, 100m, and 200 meters, with shots having a very small falloff in the distance. The R-36 Eruptor has a total of 60 bullets, spread across 12 magazines.

After testing, we have reached the conclusion that the R-36 Eruptor is the best primary weapon in the Democratic Detonation Warbond. It's an amazing weapon that not only does its job perfectly but can also provide players with new loadout opportunities. You can think of the R-36 Eruptor as a budget version of the Autocannon (which is a Stratagem), as it can easily deal with small and medium enemy types in one shot, including things like the Scout Striders and Hive Guards. By having a weapon this strong as a primary, you can take Stratagems that can deal with the hordes of smaller enemies, such as the Stalwart or LMG.

Being able to close Bug Holes and destroy Automaton Fabricators is also an amazing feature that will open up some of your Stratagem slots for other options. Even though the weapon requires a good amount of Super Credits and Medals to unlock, we highly recommend getting it, as it is one of the most build-defining weapons that has been released since the launch of the game.
