Even since the start of Honkai: Star Rail, we’ve been teased that there is something more to March 7 than meets the eye. With the release of version 2.4, we’ll be getting more development towards March 7’s character and a new path and element for her.
In Version 2.4, March 7 will get a 4-star makeover, and she’ll appear as a new Imaginary character following the Path of the Hunt.

March 7 Hunt Speculated Release Date
The Hunt version of March 7 will be released with the start of version 2.4, meaning that she’ll potentially become available on July 30.
According to leaks, we will be able to get the hunt version of March 7 and some of her Eidolons from the feature event for version 2.4.
However, this information should be taken with a grain of salt, and it is likely that it will be changed, so we’ll have to wait for the official 2.4 livestream to learn for sure how we’ll be getting this new version of March 7.

- Energy regenerated from using Enhanced Basic ATK does not increase with the number of Hits Per Action.
- Enhanced Basic ATK cannot recover Skill Points.

Master, It's Tea Time!
- Designates a single ally (excluding this character) as the [Master] and increases Master's SPD by 6%.
- Only the latest target of March 7th's Skill will be regarded as her [Master.]
- When using Basic ATK or dealing DMG from 1 hit of her Enhanced Basic ATK, triggers the following effects based on the specific Path of the [Master.]
- Erudition, Destruction, The Hunt: Additionally deals Additiona DMG (Combat Type based on the Master's Combat Type) equal to 10% of March 7th's ATK.
- Harmony, Nihility, Preservation, Abundance: The Toughness Reduction for this DMG increases by 100%.

March 7th, the Apex Heroine
- Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 144% of March 7th's ATK to a single target enemy.
- Increases the initial Hits Per Action of the next Enhanced Basic ATK by 2 hits and increase the fixed chance of additionally dealing DMG by 20%.

- After the [Master] uses an attack or Ultimate, March 7th gains up to 1 [Charge] each time.
- When the [Charge] is at 7 or more, March 7th immediately takes action again, and increases the DMG she deals by 40%.

- After using Enhanced Basic ATK, consumes 7 Charge.

Summary
All in all, the Hunt version of March 7 appears to be an interesting addition to the game.
She is a unique character whose kit changes depending on what kind of teammates she’s paired with, which is something we haven’t seen in previous characters but is likely something that HoYo will continue to expand on in the future, given that we’ve been seeing them add specific effects based on the Paths of your teammates.
Unfortunately, given that she’s only a 4-star character, the Hunt version of March 7 is unlikely to break the meta, but it might find some uses in specific teams.
