Sparkle Speculated Release Date
Sparkle’s banner is speculated to launch in the second phase of Version 2.0, right after Black Swan’s banner. She will be the second limited 5-star character in Version 2.0 of Honkai Star Rail and her banner is likely going to go live on:

As for the Limited 4-star character Misha, there is still not any concrete information on whether he will be boosted on Sparkle’s banner, or if he will accompany Black Swan in the first phase of Version 2.0. Note that this is purely a speculative guess and it should be taken with a grain of salt.

Sparkle Kit and Abilities
Being a Harmony character, Sparkle's kit revolves around supporting her teammates in various ways.
From what we currently know Sparkle’s kit relies on supplying her teammates with SP (Skill Points), even increasing the maximum amount of Skill Points that you can have in battle. This will greatly change the pace of Honkai Star Rail, and Sparkle is sure to bring a whole new playstyle for a lot of teams.

Monodrama - Basic ATK
- Deals minor Quantum DMG to a single enemy.
Dreamdiver - SKILL
- Increases an ally's CRIT DMG and ADVANCES their action.
The Hero with a Thousand Faces - ULTIMATE
- Recovers Skill Points for allies and further increases the DMG bonus granted by Sparkle's talents
Red Herring - TALENT
- Increases all allies' Max Skill Points. Whenever an ally consumes any Skill Points, enables all allies to deal more damage.
Unreliable Narrator - TECHNIQUE
- Using the Technique grants all allies Stealth. Characters in Stealth will not be detected by enemies, and entering battle while in Stealth recovers Skill Points for all allies.

Sparkle Light Cone
Sparkle’s Light Cone is specially made for her, boosting her Crit DMG, while also increasing her teammate's Crit Rate and Crit DMG

Light Cone Name: Earthly Escapade
Effect: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 40%. The wearer gains Mask at the beginning of battle. While the wearer has Mask, the wearer's allies have their CRIT Rate increased by 10% and CRIT DMG increased by 24% for 4 turn(s). Whenever the wearer recovers a Skill Point (including Skill Points exceeding the limit), they gain a stack of Fireworks, and when the wearer has 4 Fireworks stacks, removes all the stacks and gains Mask.

Sparkle’s Eidolons
Sparkle’s Eidolons focus a lot on the effects of her Cipher, increasing the amount of buffs it gives, as well as boosting the already existing ones. Her Eidolons are certainly something to watch out for, as Eidolons for Harmony characters are really good in value.
