Honkai Star Rail Version 1.6 Events Release Date
This new version is scheduled to launch on December 27, 2023. This update brings a host of new events, challenges, characters, and rewards for players to enjoy during the holidays.
Excitingly, Version 1.6 also introduces additional endgame activities, with two more stages being added to Memory of Chaos. To extend the challenge schedule, the patch increases the duration from 2 weeks to 6 weeks per phase.

All Honkai Star Rail Version 1.6 Events
Honkai Star Rail Version 1.6 brings 7 major events, giving fans plenty of activities to participate in during the patch. Here is the list:
Critter Pick
One of the most unique additions in Version 1.6 is the Critter Pick scavenger hunt. This event has players searching around the in-game environment to collect cute creature specimens. These critters can then be crossbred to create new varieties and mutants.
Simulated Universe: Gold and Gears
The Simulated Universe mode receives another expansion in Version 1.6, this time adding the Path of Erudition school of blessings. A new dice upgrade system is also being implemented.
Virtual Scentventure
Virtual Scentventure pits players against enemies coming from fragrance triggers. Special plugins can be equipped to be used in battle with the unique mechanics these enemies possess. This combat-focused event features both Normal and Despair difficulties.

Planar Fissure
Planar Fissure makes its return in the upcoming update, offering double rewards for harvesting ornaments in the Simulated Universe. This is a great way to stock up on materials for advancing characters.
Realm of the Strange
Similarly, Realm of the Strange also comes back for playes to gather relics in the Caverns of Corrosion.
Pure Fiction
Pure Fiction is an endgame challenge akin to Memory of Chaos. Players battle waves of respawning enemies, striving to rack up points and damage until the timer expires. This event has its own buffs and upgrades.
Gift of Odyssey
The login event returns, granting free pulls for the gacha with each day logged in. This totals up to 10 free draws throughout the duration of Honkai Star Rail Version 1.6.
