Upgrade to Builder Hall 9: The key to unlocking this perk starts with upgrading your Builder Hall to level 9. You’ll also want to upgrade your Town Hall to at least level 10 in your main village.
Build the O.T.T.O. Hut: Once Builder Hall 9 is unlocked, you’ll gain access to build the O.T.T.O. Hut building. This functions as a defense but also serves as the structure used for unlocking the 6th builder.
Complete Gear Up Requirements: To upgrade the O.T.T.O. Hut to level 2, you’ll need to meet some prerequisites. This includes “Gearing Up” a Cannon, Archer Tower, and Mortar to levels 7, 10, and 8 respectively in your home village. You’ll also need to upgrade correlating Builder Hall defenses.
