Not quite as simplistic as D4 and yet not quite 'huge-brain' as Path of Exile, Last Epoch is currently enjoying an 88% positive review rate on Steam, where the game has been tweaked and refined since its early alpha phase way back in 2018. And now the time has finally come for Last Epoch to officially release to the tune of the 1.0 update.

Indeed, the patch 1.0 update is so large that Last Epoch has taken all servers offline for 24 hours in preparation for the official launch.
