The LEC 2024 Summer Split has kicked off with some very surprising performances by the teams as we slowly start ramping up into Playoffs. With the World Championship on the line, many of the organizations are looking to secure their spot on the international stage. 

With that being said, we will be taking a look at what the LEC has been cooking for the Summer Split as although many fans dub the region a one-team show, the League of Legends EMEA Championship is not to be underestimated with some very promising rookies and teams slowly gaining notoriety and respect among their peers.

The remainder of the Regular Season will consist of jam-packed weekends full of exciting League of Legends games between all 10 of the competing teams, looking to secure their spot at the World Championship and for a chance to take the Summer Split Cup. Please keep in mind that the start time may vary either because of technical difficulties or other unforeseen obstacles.

And that covers the second week of the Summer Split Regular Season in the League of Legends EMEA Championship. Currently, KC and RGE are looking rather decent given their previous performances in the Winter and Spring Splits, however, we are also calling into question G2's reign in the region as they have been rather shaky during their Week 1 matches.
