For munitions, first off, you must hit 'Edit Slots' to adjust your available ammunition slots. By default, you will be carrying too many sidearm mags and too few primary weapon mags. Follow the ammunition numbers below to fix this:

Headwear: NVGS (Night-Vision Goggles)
