6 is the newest character making his appearance in Reverse: 1999 Version 1.4. He is a 6-star Intellect Support and arguably one of the best support in the game.

6 is a great addition to a ton of teams and in this guide, we’ll show you how to best build him.

6 Introduction

6 Splash Art

6 is 6-star support that falls under the Intellect Afflatus. He released in the second phase of Version 1.4 right after 37.

6 is a character that utilizes [Eureka] similar to 37, however, rather than for offense he uses it for support and giving out buffs. His [Collection of Buffs] and [Collection of Debuffs] are the two unique mechanics that 6 uses to jump up to the top of the support tier list.

As its name implies [Collection of Buffs] can buff an ally from a selection of 6 buffs which are: Penetration Rate +20%, Incantation Might +15%, Mental DEF +15%, Reality DEF +15%, [Cure I], [Reflect I]

At the same time [Collection of Debuffs] applies debuffs to enemies from a selection of 6 debuffs which are: Crit DEF -30%, Reality DEF -20%, Mental DEF -20%, [Blind], [Disorient], [Laceration I]

The annoying part with 6 is that these collections come with a certain form of RNG and you are not always certain what you’ll get. Thankfully 6’s Insight 3 which allows him to apply [Collection of Debuffs] twice and [Collection of Buffs] once removes a bit of this RNG factor, as both collections will not give a buff or debuff that he already has applied. This means that by having more buffs or debuffs you are slowly but surely limiting the pool of buffs or debuffs 6 can apply.

Though this might seem a bit hard to get the hang of at first, if you play 6 for a bit you’re sure to get the hang of him.

As already mentioned 6 uses [Eureka] stacks to boost his skills and before we dive into the skills it's worth mentioning how you can gain [Eureka] stacks. It’s quite easy honestly. All you have to do is have 6’s Insight 1 which gives 6 and [Eureka] stack at the end of each round if a teammate has more than 4 buff. That’s it.

With this out of the way let’s dive into 6’s Skills and how to build him.

Summary

Reverse 1999 6 Build Guide
Bluepoch

6 is a great support to join the Reverse: 1999 roster. His amazing range of buffs and debuffs are something that no other character has and do a wonderful job at supporting almost any team.

Although 6’s utility is locked behind RNG at first, once you get him built and to Insight 3 that RNG factor becomes almost non-existent and you’ll be able to make the most out of the character.

We believe that 6 is a great addition to the support roster and will surely remain at the top of the tier lists for some time. He is worth investing some resources into.
