Mak'gora Victor Finally Crowned
We saw one of the biggest and most exciting tournaments for World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore unfold as 64 contestants fought viciously to be deemed the best of the best. Duels to the death, carnage, and bloodshed- everything that WoW stands for, all compiled in the nerve-racking and highly competitive arena with players risking their entire month's worth of progression, levelling and time to prove their worth as Azeroth's mightiest champion.
Following the extremely close clashes between competitors, only one survived the bloody duels, namely Snutz's Warlock. After an incredibly exciting duel against Ziqo's Mage, the demonic powers overcame frost spellweaver. The victor walked away gloriously with 50,000 USD to his name.

Hype and Classic Revival
The interest around the Tournament was able to amass over 300 thousand viewers on Twitch as the phenomal casting done by Esfand and Xaryu really set the bar high with this tournament being one of the most well-received and anticipated in WoW's competitive scene in years.

This goes to show that the World of Warcraft community needed Classic to lift the players' spirits with Dragonflight bringing insufficient energy and hype for the dearly beloved franchise. With Blizzcon 2023 approaching, the community is hoping for Blizzard Entertainment to release Classic+ which would add new zones, quests, items and content to the already fleshed out world of Azeroth.
It seems that every expansion having its dedicated revival servers have been a great success for the game with more and more new players diving head first into the rich and beautiful world brimming with life beyond end-game progression and PVP.
