The course prepares students for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) exam.|
|Project Management Fundamentals||The focus of this course is on the fundamentals and best practices of project management methodology as applied to IT initiatives.|
|Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Prep Boot Camp||This course prepares you to pass the PMP and CAPM® exams that include exam content from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) – Fifth Edition and a variety of learning tools and study aids based on Project Management Institute (PMI)® terminology. We also have active follow-up (Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Assistance) where the instructor maintains contact with students until the PMP exam.|
|Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Assistance||This course prepares you for the PMP Exam and augments the course of study previously taken, the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep Boot Camp.|
