How to Get Zodiac Sand in Hades 2

To acquire Zodiac Sand in Hades 2, you must first reach Tartarus, the final biome in the Underworld. However, getting there is no simple task. 

So first of all, Melinoe must successfully navigate through three prior biomes in the game before reaching Tartarus. Each biome has its own boss:

• Headmistress Hecate in Erebus
• Scylla and the Sirens in Oceanus
• Infernal Cerberus in the Fields of Mourning

Only after winning over these challenges can you face off against Chronos, the Titan of Time, in Tartarus.

After defeating Chronos and finishing his dialogue, you will discover one Zodiac Sand item on the circular platform. Since this is the only way of obtaining the resource, you must complete multiple runs through the Underworld to gather more Zodiac Sand items.

How to Use Zodiac Sand in Hades 2

Once you have obtained your first Zodiac Sand, you can interact with the cauldron at the Crossroads to discover the Summoning of Historic Travails Incantation recipe. This powerful Incantation requires:

• Marbles x3
• Zodiac Sand x1

Upon doing so, you will permanently spawn the Learned Sage in the Crossroads, which provides valuable insights into the outcomes of each night spent in the Underworld. The Learned Sage offers a detailed breakdown of each run, including the boons you carried and other crucial information.
