Honkai Star Rail has just released its drip marketing for their latest and newest 5 star character, Sparkle. Sparkle is going to be joining the Honkai Star Rail 5 star roster, alongside Black Swan after Version 1.6. Here is all we know about sparkle!

Who is Sparkle in Honkai Star Rail
Sparkle is going to be the newest 5-star character in Honkai Star Rail, set to appear after Version 1.6, which features Ruan Mei and Dr. Ratio. She will be the newest addition to the roster after Black Swan and is going to be a Quantum character, following the Path of Harmony. She is voice by: Lizzie Freeman for the English Version of the game.

Sparkle Kit and Abilities
Being a Harmony unit we can expect Sparkle's skills to add to the Honkai Star Rail support roster, offering teammates a lot of utility. As of right now, she will be the second Limited 5-star Harmony unit, after Ruan Mei that is set to launch in Version 1.6. Currently the leaks below give us all we need know about Sparkle's kit and Abilities!
Sparkle's Abilities
Basic ATK
- Deals Quantum DMG to a single enemy
Skill
- Increases an ally’s HP and ATK for two turns and their action forwards. Sparkle cannot use the action-forward effect on herself
Ultimate
- Restores 4 skill points for all allies, and if the points are full, each extra skill point will add one temporary skill point, a maximum of two points. All allies obtain a Mask, which will increase Sparkle’s talent effect for two turns.
Talent
- When an ally uses a skill point, Sparkle immediately increases their damage.
Technique
- Replenishes 1 skill point for all allies at the start of the battle. If skill points are full, each will add one temporary skill point.
Keep in mind that this information is still subject to change and Sparkle's kit and abilities can change at any time before release. We will be updating and posting leaks about her kit regularly so stay in tune with us.

Sparkle Release Date
Sparkle will be joining the Honkai Star Rail roster alongside Black Swan in, what is most likely Version 2.0 sometime early next year. Given that Version 1.6 is set to launch the end of this month, we can assume that Version 2.0 will go live sometime in February, two months before Honkai Star Rail's Anniversary!

How to get Sparkle
Given the way drip marketing has worked so far it is safe to assume that Sparkle will appear on a Limited Character Banner in the second half of Version 2.0. This means players will be able to get her some time in February, or even March, which still gives players a lot of time to save for her!
